- 24 hours' notice to cancel and receive a full refund.
- Less than 24 hours is not refundable.
- No show or late the tour is non-refundable.
- Please register 30 minutes before departure of your tour
- The activities can be modified due to weather changes.
- We do not have transportation; once we start to provide it, we will notify you.
